But most important of all you’re meeting people who we think you’ll really like planning and investing with. The main thing is that we listen, understand and then put a plan together.

Eleanor Robertson
Ellie is a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society, which basically means she’s taken a lot of exams and broadly knows what she’s talking about. However, it’s her calm demeanour and empathetic nature that clients really value. Book in a call or a coffee and see for yourself.
At the drop of a hat Ellie will be on the Eurostar to France to add to her burgeoning wine cellar, or reading in whichever country has most recently taken her fancy. When she’s in London though, you’re likely to find her hosting in Camberwell with a very literal open door policy.
Ben Nightingale
Ben isn’t tired of London, he is tired because of it. He can often be found listening to both new and old bands in venues across the country, or trying all the different cuisines that can be found in the capital. Feel free to ask him for a recommendation.
Ben has been looking after Private Clients for longer than he would care to say (25+ years for the curious). He enjoys problem solving and helping people achieve their goals, and has met and continues to look after some wonderful people. Ben has time for everyone and if he doesn’t have an answer, he almost certainly knows someone who does.

Cathy Lipscombe
Cathy is our Director of Operations with 18 years of experience and a level 2 NVQ qualification in business administration, so she knows how to keep us all in check. Known for her fastidious attention to detail, Cathy rarely misses the finer points of what we require on a day to day basis for our clients.
Outside of the office Cathy enjoys regular visits to Kew Gardens and Richmond Park at unholy hours in the morning, where she gets to practice her photography skills in peace. She is responsible for our team photos, and we have in fact used some of her landscape photos on this site - so hopefully you enjoy them too.
